Joining Satinnites Party Plan gives you the opportunity to earn fantastic money working for yourself on a self employed basis. Working the hours you like you can fit it in around your other commitments such as another job, studying, and family life.

You will be selling beautiful lingerie in sizes from a small size 6 to sexy plus sizes of 4XL, sex toys, pampering products, novelties, and much more. Satinnites parties focus on ladies getting together to discuss and buy beautiful lingerie and sex toys in a safe and comfortable environment.

 

 

How does it work?

As the Party Organiser you will find ladies who want to hold a Satinnites party in their home. This lady is called the ‘hostess’ she invites her friends to her party. As the Party Organiser you will organise the party, explaining the features and benefits of the fabulous products and take orders. Party games such as raffles, bingo, tombola etc are a great way to relax the party guests and get them in the mood for making their purchase. You then earn 20% commission on everything you sell at the party.

 

Multi-Level Payment Structure

You can earn money in 2 main ways.

·        20%  Party Sales Commission

 

PLUS

·        You keep the profit from your raffle, bingo, tombola.

 

 

Party Commission (20%)

You earn 20% commission on all confirmed sales from your parties. Unlike some party plan organisations this is a true 20%, not 20% minus the hostess’s order.

For example: if you take confirmed orders of £250 you earn £50.00 in cash.

 

 

 

Please Note: you don’t earn commission on the hostess’s order, and you don’t have to pay for the hostess order out of your commission.

Recruitment Commission (2%)

When you introduce a new Party Organiser to Satinnites you earn 2% of those people’s party sales ongoing.

You will be selling beautiful lingerie, sex toys and many other high quality products. Every product sold at Satinnites parties is hand picked and quality assured by our buying team.

 

New Products

We are always introducing new and exciting products to our ranges whether it’s beautiful lingerie, sex toys or anything else for that matter.

 

 

 

Demonstration Kit

In order to demonstrate our fabulous products you will need your demonstration kit.

We charge a £199 introduction fee. This fee buys you your demonstration kit which comprises of up to £500 worth of beautiful lingerie and sex toys, stationery, catalogues.

 

With no further payments for your kit you can concentrate on earning fantastic money and you actually own your kit. You can pay the introduction fee by credit card if you prefer which allows you to pay it gradually over a period.

 

 

Hmm, some other companies don’t charge a fee for their kit?
This is incorrect, you do pay for your kit somehow, usually monthly, and when you quit you have nothing to show for it, you have to return (on average) £500 worth of products. With Satinnites you own your kit, and do not have to return it to us if you quit – it’s yours to keep.

 

 

Contents of the Demonstration Kit

The demonstration kits are updated from time to time so contents vary with all kits having a selection of exclusive branded lingerie, sex toys, pampering products, novelties etc. We also supply you with your ‘Party Organisers Pack’ which includes lots of vital information about our policies and procedures, our  web based systems as well as sales tips, party/game guides, order stationery, marketing literature and obviously our fabulous catalogues.

 

 

Training and Support

These events are used to bond with team members and to learn some great tips and tricks from other Satinnites Party Organisers in your area.
We offer product knowledge training, systems training, sales training and much more.

Party Games

I will assume that you already know how to play party games or we can supply you with ideas for lots of party games to get your party going with a swing. We are always trying to create new party games and if you have some of your own we encourage you to share them with us.

 

Raffle, Bingo and Tombola

You keep all takings from your raffle, rude bingo and tombola. You are expected to provide prizes out of these takings. The prizes do not have to be large or expensive – we can advise on this.

How many hours do I have to work?

You work as many or as few hours as you like as you are your own boss and in charge of your own destiny. This job is perfect for fitting in around other commitments such as another job, family, studying or anything else that is important to you.

Bear this in mind, the more hours you work, the more money you will earn – it’s your choice!

 

 

Do I need my own transport?

No we have many Party Organisers who don’t have their own transport. If you book local parties you can travel by taxi, or public transport as your kit will all fit in a small bag or very small suitcase on wheels.

If the reason you don’t have transport is due to lack of money you can easily earn enough to take lessons and buy a car with Satinnites Party Plan.

 

 

How do I find parties to arrange?

You can start by asking friends, relatives, acquaintances, family and anyone else you know. You will find that more often than not you will get one or two party bookings from each party.

We find that because most people have not heard of Satinnites that they are intrigued about our parties. This usually makes booking parties easier for our Party Organisers.

We support and advise you on marketing techniques to contact potential party hostesses, we find that local leaflet drops work very well, posters in hair dressers and sun bed shops etc – but the most effective form of marketing is word of mouth.

We also advertise for hostesses for parties on your behalf. When we get a booking in your area we pass the party on to you.

 

 

Do I need any qualifications?

No, we don’t care about previous experience, background, history or anything else. You must be 18 years old or above and be female – that’s it.

 

 

Are there any tough sales targets?

You will work with your Area Organiser to agree targets which will spur you on to reach your full potential. The simple fact is the more you sell the more you earn.

 

 

Do I need training?

This job is very simple, you need to be confident, friendly, polite, and you need product knowledge.

If you have previous party plan experience then you will be able to sell or products straight away.

 

 

How do I pay the party takings to Satinnites?

This simple you pay all funds in your own bank account including cheques that should be made payable to yourself. Then either post a cheque for the total amount from party less your 20% commission or do a bank transfer. I can even send you an PayPal invoice.  (This way WE are both covered by PayPal.) When the payment has been received and cleared the goods will be despatched to your preferred address.

 

 

How and when am I paid?

When the funds or cheques have been cleared. hold back your commission (20%) and pay the remaining balance to Satinnites. You can either pay Satinnites by BACS (Bank Transfer) Cheque or Paypal it’s your choice.

 

When do I pay for the orders?
We operate a strict pay as you order policy. This means that when you either enter your order onto our system.  When the orders have been received and the takings counted and placed into your bank account. You can then key the orders onto the satinnites website. By doing so this gives us a clue of what product to hold back on as I do not want any customers to go short due to out-of-stock products.  we will then issue you an order number, you then need to pay the balance in to your local Barclays Bank using the order number on the same day, post a cheques for agreed amount or pay an invoice using PayPal.   We only ship the orders to you when we have received cleared funds.

 

 

Are there any promotional prospects?

Absolutely, we are always looking Area Managers and other senior roles. If you are hard working and want to build a career with us the sky is the limit.
